There is a new market research application from Facebook after the VPN service shut down

Facebook is now launching its new market research application, which has been named as ‘Viewpoints.’ The community decided on launching the app after Facebook last introduced the Android data collection app, ‘Study.’

However, if we go back in time and explore the records, it can be said that both the applications have quite a controversial history.

Previously, Facebook used its virtual private network (VPN) provider to install specific software on the mobile phones of the teenager. It also included other survey participants through which it intended to collect certain data and information about the company. It took refuge in the opportunity because it was not possible in the original iOS version.

But, with Viewpoints, Facebook is not aiming to peer into how the user is using the third-party applications. Instead, the particular application will help you earn rewards on completing the specific surveys.
